Work orders are completed in the order in which they were received unless it is an emergency item.
Call emergency maintenance. More specifically, call the office, listen to all the prompts, and page out emergency maintenance.
As long as you are not altering the structure or integrity of the unit itself. It must look like it does the day you move in when you move out.
Amenities
We have a hair salon, tanning services, massage therapy, an esthetician, and a RIKI room. You can use our conference room, media room, cycle room, flex room, and updated gym, which includes Apple TV and cardio equipment that tracks your progress. The gym also has lockers and a water filter. We provide bike rentals, a pet washing station, a dog park, a makers room, and a rec lounge with a pool table, game tables, and a beer tap. The chef’s kitchen features a food warmer and an espresso machine, and the summer kitchen offers a self-checkout and free coffee. Our pool deck includes two TVs, grilling stations, a swim-up bar, fire pits, ping pong, a putting green, bocce ball, a pool table, foosball table, swing chairs, and a green space with cornhole boards. We also have two guest suites, parcel pending with an overflow room, and smart home technology throughout the property.

The office does not provide package-related services; however, we do have parcels pending and an overflow room for couriers to leave packages in the event they are too big or full.
Our fitness area has a variety of cardio and strength equipment.
The community spaces and common areas, with the exception of the pool, are open 24/7. The pool is open from 10 AM to 10 PM. Our community observes and enforces city quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM.

It's best practice to make an appointment to avoid waiting, but we absolutely welcome walk-ins.
We are here 7 days a week. Sun 12 PM - 5 PM; Mon-Fri 9 AM - 6 PM; Sat 10 AM -6 PM
Applications can be done from the comfort of your current home, or if you like, we can help you apply online in the office. Whatever is easiest for you!

Please make sure to read your lease in its entirety. It is important to recognize that The Residences at Galleria is community living and differs from residential living.
Paying is super easy and can be made from your resident portal online.
Simply go to the resident portal you created when applying and follow the prompts to make a one-time payment. Auto-payment is also an option through the resident portal. Please read the details regarding the payment method you choose, as further action may need to be taken.

Your Welcome Home Packet will contain this information after you have been notified of application approval.

You are responsible for your guests. Pool Rules allow each apartment home to two guests maximum.
The Residences at Galleria does not offer this option, as the maximum lease is 12 months.
We do not offer subletting. Each person must be screened and follow the same application procedure.
Please refer to the Early Termination Addendum in the lease agreement.
